• Check-in and key collection takes place at the reception at the address: ul. Hubala 14 in Gdańsk. Keys can be collected at the reception from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 18:00 and on weekends and public holidays from 15:00 to 16:00. Guests can also use the virtual reception service and collect keys even outside office hours. In this case, the keys will be placed in a locker in the building where the apartment is located. To use this option, please contact the staff the day before. A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests are requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time. Please note that when staying at the property with children, the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, establish the identity of minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
