Know before you go

• Pets are not allowed
• Check in is until 21:00, but we offer a late check in service with the following fees payable on arrival. From 21:00 to 23:00: 10 EUR From 23:00 to 01:00: 20 EUR After 01:00 40 EUR In case you are using the late check in service it must be notified to the property before 20:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that a fine will be applied to guests not respecting the nonsmoking rule. You will need a phone with internet. We will send you an electronic key (link) to open the building door and then a code for the apartment door to open upon arrival. The keys are inside the apartment. If you will not have internet, please let us know in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
