Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of AED 1800 if the property discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.). The checkout time is strictly 11:00. Please note that an additional fee of AED 1800 will apply for check-out after 11:00. The property needs more time to prepare the home for the next guest and wants to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. Please respect the check-out time, and remain fair to the next guests. Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 18. Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
