• A full payment via credit card is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after your booking if the credit card cannot be processed or if you need wire transfer instructions. Payment by international credit card require an additional 2% fee. Please note that the refund for the free cancellation will be made minus any credit card or bank processing fees. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Booking received less 14days from arrival dates, we will accept only Venmo, Paypal or other cash payment options. After booking was completed, we will send link to cash payment, credit card will be only authorised (not charged) until receipt of cash payment.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
