• The establishment operates on a self-catering basis and does not provide or arrange other services such as meals, personal laundry, transport, tours, functions, events, parties, babysitting, and conferences. We will however, on request endeavour to provide details of suppliers that should be able to provide these services directly to the guest. There are common areas at Cove Rock Stay and we ask that guest keep other guest in consideration when using this areas. All areas are used at own risk and children always need to be under responsible adult supervision. Please do be considerate when it comes to noise levels. No loud music is permitted or played out of an car. Silence after 22:00 at night. An R500 Fine may be charged by owner. No noise/shouting and running is allowed. An speed Limit of 20km/hour is held at all times. There are animals walking on the roads all the time, so please drive slow.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
