• Please note the lead guest must be over 30 years. Names and ages of all guests must be provided to the property, as well as a proof of address and an ID for the lead guest. This is required within 2 days after booking. The guests must agree to The Edinburgh Address terms and conditions. Please inform The Edinburgh Address appointed Property Manager in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and process a £650 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee.
