• Information about Locazione Turistiche /tourist rental apartments: Please note this is not a hotel and therefore there are laws that regulate what can be offered as services in Tourist rental apartment. Self Check in is not possible by law so please respect our check in times as we must meet you personally . Check in is between 14:00 – 19:00 . Late check in is possible til maximum 21:00 at an extra charge of euro 30 if booked ahead of time . As the Italian government considers these apartments self catering- we provide you with one set of sheets per bed and a small and a big towel per person. If you are staying over 6 days we will leave a second set in the closet. By law we can not change linens or clean during your stay. Final cleaning and linens will be done after you leave. Once again , for the energy conservation law, in all houses ,heating in Florence must be turned off mid April and cannot be turned on again til November 1st each year. So do bring warm night clothes and sweaters in Spring and Fall as it can get chilly.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
