• Please note that the apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with no lift. Please note that an additional charge of 30 Eur per reservation will apply for check-in from 20:00 to 23:00.Please note that an additional charge of 50 Eur per reservation will apply for check-in from 23:00 to 01:00. All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Guests arriving after 20:00 are requested to inform the property 24 hours prior to their expected arrival time. Please note that from 5 October 2025 to 5 December 2025, due to condominium works on the roof of the building, the terrace will not be accessible. The accommodation rate in the calendar, for this period, already shows a reduction.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The property will be going through renovation works from 2025-10-05 until 2025-12-05. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.
