• Pets are not allowed
• We kindly ask you to respect the following rules: * Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building; * In accordance with the Italian Law, each guest must provide a valid ID (passport or identity card) to access to the apartment. Visitors are not permitted; * Guests under 18 years old are allowed only if traveling with adults; * Please take care of the property as if it were your own, making sure to switch off lights and air conditioning when you leave the apartment; * Upon check out, remember to leave the keys inside the apartment; By booking you confirm that you have read and agree to respect the house rules above. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
