• Domus Socolatae Cocoa Journey Tuscan Lifestyle B&B, accepts children only in rooms where a cot or extra bed is provided (Cameroon Double Room) - supplement € 25 per day. Check-in is carried out at Domus Socolatae Residenza d'Epoca Charming B&B, located at Piazza Vittorio Veneto 21, Follonica The B&B exclusively accepts small dogs (maximum weight 15 kg), upon explicit request made well in advance and in any case before the booking confirmation for a supplement € 15 per day. Only one animal per room is allowed, provided it has its own kennel. To ensure the peace and safety of all guests, it is not permitted to leave the animal unattended in the room, even for short periods, and it must always be kept inside the kennel. The Management reserves the right to access the room at any time of day or night, should there be valid reasons related to peace, safety, or verification of compliance with these regulations. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from 2026-03-31 until 2025-10-15
