• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 1500.00 AUD - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at £45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and £35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional £10 per bed. Please contact us to arrange. By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property. We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature. Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
