• As per Wilton Manors Ordinance, tenants can not have more than 9 people, and 3 cars in the property at any given time. During daytime from 9 am until 10pm, the volume of music cannot be heard from the street in front or from neighbors during the day. In the night, the city of Wilton Manors requires quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am. Please be comfortable, respectful, and treat the house as if your own. Please clean up after yourselves, wipe up spills / accidents, respect our home, throw garbage out, do dishes, and keep the kitchen clean. No urinating on the property and please respect the house and gardens. No shoes in the house. Please wipe your feet after using the pool. Do not use any candles. You are responsible for any guests you may bring in, and explain to them the rules. There is a jam box near the tv you can pair. You must bring it inside at nights, and if it rains, and out of direct sun. Please walk slowly on the property as it can be slippery especially when wet. No dogs/cats allowed unless authorized. Please keep AC at 88 degrees, which has been a comfortable temp for this AC system and close and lock windows and doors, if you leave the house or if about to rain. Please turn off all lights and appliances you may have used when not in the house. You will be given 2 front door keys. Please use the pool, at your own risk and responsibility, and monitor all persons, especially your children. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
