• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 200.00 EUR - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Electricity costs for air conditioners are not included in the rate and will be charged based on consumption at € 0.50 per kw/h. Bring your own towels or rent them on site at a cost of € 10.00 per set per person. A security deposit of € 200.00 is required in cash upon arrival, which will be refunded upon check-out after an inspection of the condition of the accommodation and any damage. On request Garage at € 10.00 per day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
