• • Guests are required to pre-register with the cruise at least 7 days prior to arrival. The cruise requires the guest’s full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, and visa expiry date. The guests who do not register in advance before 11AM on check in date will not be boarded. • Boarding time starts at 11:00 AM at Paradise Suites Hotel in Tuan Chau Island: https://www.google.com/maps?q=20.921058654785156,106.98921203613281&z=14&t=m&mapclient=embed • Latest check-in time is at 12:00 at noon but will incur additional charges. • Internet signals may be interrupted in some areas due to limestone surroundings. • The rates do not include transfer, hotel accommodation, visa arrangement, kayaking, spa and massage services, beverages, etc. Please contact the property for more information. • Infant under 4 years old stays for free if using existing bedding. Maximum infants allowed per room is 1. • Baby cot is available at an additional charge. • Maximum children 5 – 11 years old allowed per room is 1. Children 5 – 11 years old will have child surcharge. 12 years old will be count as adult. • Extra bed is subject to availability. • The transfer bus will pick-up at hotels located in Ha Noi Old Quarter and need to book in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
