Transfer service to and from Scarlet Pearl Pier in a shared limousine is available at the additional charge. Details as follow: - Pick up and drop off within Hanoi Old Quarter area only - Pick up time: from 08:30 to 09:00 Private car is upon request. Please contact us for details Airport transfer service is available with an extra charge. Please inform the property in advance of your flight details and expected arrival time. Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure date. An advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
