• Some Studio and all Two Bedroom apartments may be accessible via stairs only (lift until the second floor, stairs to 3rd floor). Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card and if a debit card is charged manually. Please note that there is no housekeeping service on Sundays and Public Holidays. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Quest Hamilton Serviced Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. This will be collected by credit card, eftpos, cash or debit cards. You should be reimbursed on check-out however if paying by card it might take a few business working days for your bank to process.
