Know before you go

• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours please inform the property in advance. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that towels are not included, but can be rented on-site for a supplement of EUR 3 per person. Bed linen is not included in beds in dormitories, but can be rented on-site for a supplement of EUR 5 per person. Alternatively guests can bring their own. There is a key fee of EUR 10 to be paid upon arrival that will be refunded upon check-out. Pets are allowed but with restrictions: they are not allowed inside the bedrooms or common areas; pets can sleep in specified spaces intended for them (kennels). Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
