• We are committed to responsible hosting. We use smart home technology to ensure the comfort and quiet enjoyment of guests and residents in the community. The smart monitor may measure decibel levels, motion, temperature, humidity, the number of Bluetooth enabled devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The smart monitor is 100% privacy-safe and cannot capture audio, photos, videos, personally identifiable information, or monitor data on the internet. The monitor cannot listen to conversations or sounds and it does not have a camera. Due to circumstances beyond our control, pool renovations will be taking place in 2023. The start and completion dates are unknown at this time and we expect some noise during the project.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
