• Please note that underage guests must present documentation proving their paternity or, if traveling without family members, a signed parental permission. As of January 1, 2023, the 19% VAT will again be applied to tourist services. However, non-residents in Colombia can avail themselves of the VAT exemption as long as they comply with the provisions of Decree 297 of 2016. To do so, they must show their physical passport with a valid entry and stay stamp (PT) or a valid temporary visa with a tourist visa stamp (V). Otherwise, the exemption cannot be applied. Guests will be required to show at check-in a valid ID and the same credit card that was added at the time of booking as a guarantee of the reservation.
