• *Please note that maximum check-in until 6:00 p.m. If you need to arrive after hours, as an exception and subject to availability, we could organize your arrival with prior notice 24 hours in advance. Maximum access time 10:00 p.m. never later and a surcharge of 50 EUR may apply. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. *Reservations of more than 3 rooms are considered a group (cancellation policy 30 days before arrival) Cancellation policy: (once fulfilled you have 24 hours to make payment, otherwise your reservation will be canceled) *General cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date without charge. *Flamenco Festival, Easter, Bridges and Summer (July 01 - September 30) 7 days before arrival without charge. *Moto GP and Horse Fair 30 days before arrival without charge. *Group reservations (3 rooms or more) 30 days before arrival except personalized conditions. *The effective payment option on booking.com means that you agree to make the payment yourself through our secure online gateway once the cancellation policy has been fulfilled (see channel link sent by extranet).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
