• Pets are not allowed
• Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. Please note if the reservation is canceled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable. Please note, there is ongoing sink hole repairs. The Pohailani resort is experiencing issues with sink holes forming behind the seawall near the ocean front units for which repairs are being made. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Guests can expect to receive check in instructions seven days prior to arrival. Please contact property management with further questions. Daily housekeeping is not available. The service charges includes a cleaning fee and in some cases a refundable deposit. Contact property management for more details.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
