• Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. Please note if the reservation is canceled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable. Beach access at the Valley Isle resort is closed Please note that limited beach access is likely due to shoreline changes in front of the Valley Isle. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Guests can expect to receive check in instructions seven days prior to arrival. Please contact property management with further questions. Daily housekeeping is not available. The service charges includes a cleaning fee and in some cases a refundable deposit. Public Beach access is available, in between Sands of Kahana and the Kahana Beach Resort. Landscape improvement project is currently taking place at shoreline/lawn area. The pool cabana is closed for safety reasons.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
