Know before you go

• Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels etc). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after midnight, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property’s breakfast service is available only by reservation and must be requested 2 days in advance of arrival. Parcel deliveries will be accepted only for guests in house or checking in within a week of the day of receipt. Guests should write the name of the guest and check-in date on the package. The property cannot hold very large bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing. Please note that the property will not pay cash on delivery, so guests should make sure to pay before sending their items. The name on the booking must match the name on the passport. Guests must be at least 20 years of age to stay in a smoking room. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rates for children ages 0-5 years, and can be requested on-site for the listed child breakfast fee.
