If no damage or loss occurs, the full amount will be refunded on the departure date. For stays under 15 days: 10,000 THB / For stays over 15 days: 20,000 - 50,000 THB Pet Policy: Pets may be allowed upon request and prior approval. Please contact us in advance with details. An additional charge of 500 THB per night will apply for approved pets. Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas. Please refrain from smoking inside the property to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Party & Event Policy: Parties and events are strictly not allowed at the property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule to maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood and the property. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. Check-In & Check-Out Policy: - Check-in: From 2:00 PM onward - Check-out: By 10:00 AM at the latest Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time.
