• Damage deposit: 9999.00 THB - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. Please refrain from smoking inside the property to help maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. Please note that the damage deposit is payable upon arrival. If no damage or loss occurs, the full amount will be refunded on the departure date. For stays under 15 days: 10,000 THB. For stays over 15 days: 20,000 - 50,000 THB. Please note that early check-in/late check-in/late check-out is available at this property and is subject to availability.  Kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Included in the Price: -Internet / WiFi Not included in the Price: - Electricity Cost charged based on usage at 7 THB per Kilowatt hour - Final Cleaning Fee 2,500 THB (one-time charge) The security deposit is payable upon arrival. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule to maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood and the property. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. - Check-in: From 2:00 PM onward - Check-out: By 10:00 AM at the latest Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Managed by a private host
