Please find below the key details and services available during your stay: Villa cleaning every 2 days (light general cleaning—excluding Sundays) Additional towel or linen change: 290 THB per room. Extra daily cleaning service: 1,000 THB per session Pool cleaning staff comes twice a week On-site team available to assist with check-in and any needs during your stay Additional Services (Upon Request—Fees Apply): Airport transfer—from 700 THB Motorbike & Car rental with delivery to the villa (brochure available) In-villa massage: from 1,100 THB Private chef service: (for groups under 4 guests; additional charge for food cost) Breakfast from 1,300 THB Lunch or dinner from 2,600 THB Electricity: Electricity is charged separately at 7 THB per unit (kWh) Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out Pets Policy: Out of respect for all guests, we maintain a no-pets policy at the villa. Parking: One private car parking spot at the villa. Can accommodate up to 2 cars or 6 scooters. Once your booking is confirmed, the Staylar team will be in touch to coordinate your check-in and prepare for your stay. Upon arrival, a welcome booklet will be available at the villa with details on services, facilities, and recommended local tours and activities.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
