Know before you go

• If you require a visa to enter the country, your property may be able to help with the supporting documents needed to obtain one. The property may charge for this assistance, even if you end up cancelling your reservation. All arrangements are solely between the property and yourself.
• Russian citizens: adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport at check-in (international Russian passports and driving licences are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all Russian children (aged under 14) at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (rather than a parent) is travelling in Russia with a child under 14, that relative or legal guardian is also required to present documentation certifying authority to accompany the child at check-in. Non-Russian citizens: adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card at check-in.
• 24-hour pool access
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child aged 14 years old or younger stays for free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms.
• In accordance with national/local laws, air conditioning may be restricted to certain hours from 01 October to 30 April.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• A car is required for transport to and from this property.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
• At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result, or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination.
• The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and over, and the test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 19 and over.

To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result, or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and over, and the test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in.
