• Pets are not allowed
• Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email directly from the property with check-in instructions. 6 guests can stay at the accommodation without using an extra bed. 1 extra guest (a maximum of 7 guests) can stay with the use of an extra bed. The adult or child using the extra bed will be charged an extra fee per night of stay (the same price is applied to the adult/child). This property is not a shared house but is a holiday home to be rented to 1 group of guests. Please note that cleaning and meal services will not be provided during your stay. If the billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, charges will be processed on the previous business day.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
