Any damage to the property or furniture will be charged. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, if you smoke, do it outside and clean the area. Take the trash to the container for hygiene. If you bring a pet, you must wash and pick up waste including hair. If the guest is 15 minutes late after checkout, 3 extra days will be charged. Any non-compliance will have an additional cost for deep cleaning. Unforeseen events in services such as electricity, water, internet, pool or other services are beyond our control. We will not make compensation for such unforeseen events 06/AUG/2024.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
