• We welcome you at the reception of the residence Les Gémeaux / 200m before the entrance of the covered car park at the bottom of Belle Plagne: Reception opening hours: Monday and Friday from 09:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00 - Saturday and Sunday from 08:30 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 19:00 Please note that these hours can be subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival. Room rates include accommodation, bed linen, charges, cleaning kit and tax (except tourist tax and application fee). In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. You can now have maintenance kits with a sponge, dish washer pad, cloth and all-purpose cleaner. There is also the availability of bathroom welcome products: soap + shampoo/ shower gel solid.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
