• Luxury apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms one in the suite, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and private balcony-terrace with outdoor dining area and privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a new home, with all the comforts of today: air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, 50" Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. We include sheets, shower towels and beach towels in the price. And if you come with babies, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair, at no additional cost. Everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and you don't need carry a lot of luggage. Included in the price you will also enjoy a private parking space in the same building, as well as a community area with two swimming pools adults and children, paddle tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court and children's area. And to complete it, it has a supermarket and bar-restaurant right next to the building. The apartment is 1 minute walk from Cala Bon Capó and 5 minutes from Port Natural de l'Estany. If you like trekking, you have direct access to the GR-92 directly in front of the complex, to explore the many beautiful coves in the area. If you are more into amusement parks, Port Aventura and Ferrari Land are only 30 minutes away by car and if you want to enjoy nature, 20 minutes by car to the south, you have the Delta de l'Ebre Natural Park.
