• Damage deposit: 100.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Guests should inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance by contacting the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal in 48 hours. The remaining 70% must be paid in cash or debit card at the time of check-in. BmyGuest will contact guests with further details. Please note that a surcharge of 30 EUR applies for check-in after 22:00. Children older than 2 years old will be charged as an adult. Please also note that the property does not features elevator access. Please note that, as of September 1, 2024, a municipal tax of EUR 4 per person, per night is charged, not included in the total price, and must be paid on-site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. It is necessary to contact the property in advance to inform them of your expected arrival time. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with instructions for payment and key collection. Please be aware that late arrivals are subject to the following additional fees: After 10:00 PM: EUR 30. At check-in, guests are required to present a photo identification and a credit card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. This property does not allow bachelor(ette) parties or similar events. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A security deposit is required upon arrival. This will be charged via credit card and refunded up to 10 days after check-out, depending on the length of stay and the bank's processing time. Your deposit will be fully refunded via credit card, subject to a property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
