• Please note that Casas da Baixa – Vila Intendente does not have a 24-hour reception. 48 hours prior to the check-in date, Casas da Baixa – Vila Intendente will send guests an email and text message with the access codes to the apartment and the building. When booking 3 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Guests will be requested to provide their ID and/or passport details prior to check-in. The property will send a secure payment link by email for the payment procedure. It is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. We are pet friendly! However, a €200 security deposit is required, and pet fees will apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
