• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 150.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 14 days after checkout
• A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 21:00/9PM, and a surcharge of EUR 40 for arrivals after 00:00/12AM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A security deposit of 150€ per stay will be requested at check-in. This deposit will be held as a pre-authorization on your credit card and it will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no significant damages found during the accommodation inspection. Otherwise the pre-authorization will be converted into a payment to cover the repair costs, up to the specified amount.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
