• Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed by stairs. Please note that these additional charges are applicable for late check-in: - EUR 30 from 20:00 to 21:00 - EUR 40 from 21:00 to 22:00 Please note that late check-out after 22:00 is unavailable at this property. Towels are not provided for stays up to 7 nights. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per set of towels. The accommodation can be cleaned upon request for an additional charge. Guests can request it at the time of booking. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, there will be an extra cleaning charge. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge. The airport shuttle service operates from the airport to the property. The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of EUR 40 from 1 to 3 people, and EUR 60 from 4 to 6 people. All shuttle services must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and the apartment may be affected by noise.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise.
