• Please note that the reception in closed on 25 December. Check-in and check-out are possible by prior arrangement only. The reception desk is open between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Check-in outside these hours and at weekends is by appointment only, giving at least 24 hours notice. Check-out is before 12 noon. All apartment, front door, garage and safe keys must be returned to the reception on check-out. If you fail to do so, the property may charge you for a replacement key or a replacement lock as required. In the event that a key is not returned after check-out you will be requested to contact the property and make arrangements for the keys to be returned. The cost of early check-in or late check-out is £300. Please note that this charge can be waived off in certain cases so please contact the hotel for more information.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
