Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm. Our office is strategically located a few minutes away from our accommodations. ★ CONTACT US BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL Contact us when you have arrived at the accommodation address, our team will come to meet you immediately. WhatsAp available. The reception for our guests ends at 6 pm.**. SELF CHECK-IN is available upon request outside these hours. ★ CHECK-OUT Strict check-out time 11 am. ★ RULES OF COEXISTENCE It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building. ★ SMOKE FREE SPACE We are proud to be a smoke-free accommodation. Enjoy your NO SMOKING space. ★ TAXI Book our private TAXI service at the best price; contact us to arrange your pick up. ★ LUGGAGE STORAGE Luggage locker service in our office; the cost is 3€ per piece during the journey of the first day; 6€ per additional day. Available during office hours from 9 am to at 6 pm**. ★ DAY MADRID BAR & CAFÉ - BREAKFAST Calle Luna 24. Discover the varied and wonderful breakfast buffet offered by our bar & cafeteria Day Madrid*, open daily from 7:30 am to 2 pm. ★ LUGGAGE SCALE We have a professional platform scale in our office that you can use for an accurate control of your baggage allowance for your trip. * Day Madrid CLOSED in August and January 1. Special schedule on public holidays. ** CHECK-IN, office opening and maintenance hours limited and subject to change from July 15 to September 1, December 24, 25, 31 and January 5.
