• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• We only accept reservations for work, medical, family or any other reason other than tourism. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 carries a EUR 30 surcharge. Please note that it requires a self-entry through a mobile link and internet is needed. If you need to check in in person, you must request it at least three hours in advance and it has an additional charge of €20. Please note for stays longer than 28 nights, a 130€ /month of electricity will be charged. When travelling with pets, please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that an extra charge of 40 EUR per stay applies. Only dogs are allowed. Cats are not allowed. Please note that in case of key loss charges will apply. Please note that is it not permitted to hold parties or cause disturbance to other guests. Please note that visitors are not allowed in this property. Please note there is currently construction going on in the property next door until the end of November. Guests may experience some noise disturbances.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
