• Please provide your postcode at the time of booking. If guests lose the keys a call out fee of GBP 60 will be charged to provide keys. Call outs after 21:00 or out of hours are not possible. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be fined GBP 250 for cleaning costs. If keys are lost during stay and need to get extra keys you will be charged £100 and after 9.00pm we can not guarantee assistance with keys. damage deposit is paid via card prior to check in .
