• Damage deposit: 450.00 EUR - collected via Bank Transfer on -14 days after checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on 14 days after checkout
• Please note that swimming pool is available starting from Mai until the end of Septembre, and closed starting the 1st of Octobre until the end of April. Bed linen and towels may be rented on site at an additional charge of : 28 EUR per bed, 10 EUR per person for towels. Cleaning service may be provided at an additional charge of EUR 80. Guests can choose to clean themselves or to ask for this service. The property accepts bank transfer and holiday vouchers. Please note that from 1 November to 31 March, guests will be requested to pay an additional electricity fee, depending on the number of nights booked. Please note that the property is located on an upper floor and is accessed by stairs. The property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 8 euros per pet per night applies.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
