• The residence occupies the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. In light of this absence, we kindly ask our esteemed customers to utilize the staircase for access. The accommodations comprise a private bedroom and bathroom, complemented by a SHARED kitchen and rooftop facility. Please note that the surrounding neighborhood may experience heightened activity during daylight hours as an area predominantly associated with automotive parts businesses. Guests should be advised that occasional passage by other customers on the same floor may occur, as this pathway serves as the main path to their room and the rooftop amenities. For our (CCTV) surveillance, is operational within the living area.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
