• Check-In & Identification: * Further details about check-in will be provided after all the requested documents are received and the damage deposit is paid. * Guests must submit identification such as valid passport before arrival. * The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. * Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. * Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (AED 130), from 22:00 onward (AED 220). Payment: * For reservations valued over AED 3,200, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit * Guests must pay a damage deposit of 2000 AED prior to check-in. * This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: * Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. * Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking inside (smoking on the balcony is allowed). * Violations and disturbances result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: * Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). * If guests require parking, they are advised to contact the property in advance to get parking access. COVID-19 Guidelines * In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
