Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. From GBP 15 per hour depending on the time required. For safe and security reasons candles, portable heaters, smoking indoors, overloading of sockets, or any faulty electrical item are prohibited. Guests are liable for any loss, damages or personal injuries within the property. Damages made within the property will result in guests being charged for full repairs. Additional linens for bedrooms 2 or 3 are available at an additional cost of GBP 25 per set.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
