Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of £80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
