• Pets are allowed with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR
• Please note that an additional charge of €20 from 20:00 to 00:00 and €45 from 00:00 onwards is applicable for late check-in. All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the host. Please also note that an additional charge of €20 is applicable for check-out after 10:00, up until 12:00. All requests for check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the host. Please inform the host of the presence of pets. A supplement of €35 per stay is required for each pet. In case of key loss or damage, a payment for key and lock replacement will be required.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
