• Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 200 may be charged to guests who smoke in the property this includes e-cigarettes and vapes as well. No parties are permitted at this property. Please note this property only accepts the number of guests booked, in the property. The guests need to let the property know with the full name of each guest before or during arrival and no names can be changed after check-in. Anyone younger than 21 years old must be accompanied by a parent. Apart from a parent the guest partner, friend, guard or someone else will not be acceptable. Any early check-in or check-outs are subject to availability and additional GBP 20 per hour charge may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Elegant Plus Luxury Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
