• Please note that check-in is by pre-arranged appointment only as the property does not have a 24-hour reception. Once the reservation has been made the property will contact you with information regarding check-in. Check-in after 20:30 and until 00:00 is possible for GBP 35, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Any check in after 00:00 is possible at extra cost of GBP 70 and subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please supply the name of all guests to be accommodated. Only named guests may stay at the property. Please note the payment must be from the original card, and the cardholder must be present. A fee of GBP 250 is charged if guests smoke in the apartment. Please note that for the reservations for 7 or less days the linens and towels are not changed. Linen and towels can be changed within 7 days for a fee of GBP 40.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
