• Security deposit info : to be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest: * A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services. To spend a peaceful holiday, a range of à la carte services is offered by the reception agency (to be reserved and paid for in advance): * Travel cot: €15 per stay while stocks last * High chair: €15 per stay while stocks last * Travel cot + high chair package: €20 per stay while stocks last * Wifi Minibox: €7/day or €39/week while stocks last * Linens (bedding – bath – kitchen): contact us directly Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not offered by the agency.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
