• After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property. Guests must provide their passport for verification purposes. Keys are kept in a keybox at the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
