Payment: * For reservations valued over GBP 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. House Rules & Restrictions: * Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. * Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. * Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Damage Deposit: * Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 GBP prior to check-in. * This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.
